Debra presented a new workshop, "Making the Most of Your Board," at the 2012 ABA Bar Leadership Institute in Chicago. Focus was on four essential roles of a board president. Created an online handout/wiki to support the workshop.

Dissertation topic focuses on situated learning in nonprofit boards. Also extremely interested and experienced in instructional technology -- several years of teaching courses for the UW Master of Public Administration Program using distance technologies. Growing interest in using social media to engage members of Wyoming's nonprofit sector in networking and professional development.
